In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, improve quality, and increase overall productivity. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Management, or a reputed company technical discipline.
• 5-8+ years of proven experience in process improvement, process engineering, or operations optimization, preferably in Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Laboratory Operations.
• Lean Six reputed company Green Belt certification; Black Belt certification preferred. Ability to reputed company Black Belt certification reputed company first 12 months.
• Proven track record leading compliant, validated projects with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and data visualization tools.
