Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for owning customer communications from initial contact until resolution, escalating issues to relevant departments as necessary. You will maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and reputed company timely and professional assistance to customers reputed company live chats. Key Responsibilities
