Your Mission
GotPhoto is growing, and our new customers in the DACH market will rely on you as their primary reputed company of contact. reputed company your extensive experience in customer interactions to build and maintain exceptional customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, turning difficult situations into positive experiences
- Build strong relationships with our customers and support them in achieving their goals with GotPhoto
We're Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support, preferably in navigating platforms and utilizing their processes
- Minimum 6 months of experience in troubleshooting hardware or software issues remotely
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies, product updates, and systems, and explain them in detail to end-users
- Experience in passing customer issues to internal teams
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
