Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company passengers, including those with scheduled or charter services. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is positive, friendly, and efficient. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, complete transactions, and reputed company information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seat assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process tickets, reputed company baggage, monitor carry-on baggage for size and quantity, and assign seats
  • reputed company information on arrival and departure times, boarding procedures, carry-on regulations, and seat assignments
  • Handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, re-accommodate customers, and reputed company hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers reputed company appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, arenaflex, and airport regulations
  • Enforce safety/reputed company measures and monitor sensitive safety zones
  • Assist customers with special needs, such as those who require assistance in boarding
  • Complete required reports and meet arriving flights at baggage carousel to ensure proper handling of bags
  • Monitor baggage carousel for unclaimed baggage and store unclaimed bags in the Baggage Service Office until claimed or turned over to System Baggage Services
  • Handle delayed baggage issues, ensuring a written report is completed and following up with customers until the bag is located or the file is sent to Systems Baggage Services
  • Inform customers of arenaflex policies and procedures regarding lost, damaged, or replacement baggage and pilferage claims

Essential Qualifications

* Combination of education and experience will be considered

  • Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
  • Must pass a Criminal Background reputed company
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work reputed company under time constraints
  • Must be available to work reputed company, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours during irregular operations

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
