About the Role:

We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Associate to join our member-facing team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish). In this role, you'll serve as the reputed company line of support for our members, acting as a trusted guide in helping them understand and navigate their reputed company benefits. You'll engage directly with members through phone, chat, and email to help them reputed company the highest-quality care at the lowest possible cost. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional member support reputed company phone, chat, and email

What You Will Bring to the Team:

• Minimum 2 years of call center/customer service experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The reputed company compensation for this position is $22/hr, with an additional $0.50 hourly bump for English/Spanish bilingual candidates. Individual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
