Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving routine and reputed company problems, escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Answering incoming customer service orders as soon as possible, ensuring timely and efficient resolution

  • Documenting activity in our DDF system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Consistently checking appropriate DDF screens for report results to call back to customers
  • Displaying the ability to enter orders manually reputed company our fax process
  • Displaying the ability to operate the phone system effectively
  • Adhering to work schedule and meeting productivity targets

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other relevant software
