The role involves handling tenant communication, coordinating move-ins, tracking maintenance requests, and preparing leases accurately, reputed company while ensuring a positive tenant experience defined by trust and respect.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels, including email, phone, and online video meetings, to conduct prospecting activities and generate reputed company leads
• Craft compelling and personalized email communications to engage potential clients and establish initial connections

• Effectively communicate and present our core value proposition, company values, and our reputed company, mission, and positioning
