Marketing Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately handling, and solving customer inquiries
• Acts as a liaison between customers and fulfillment teams, either internally or through reputed company-party providers/vendors
• Resolve issues by taking the appropriate action, and knowing reputed company to escalate issues to a management level
