Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team. This role is responsible for supporting the provision and use of the Employee Assistance Program, providing exceptional customer service to our members, and connecting them with the resources and benefits they need. Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our EAP team, you will be responsible for supporting the provision and use of the Employee Assistance Program, determining the purpose of calls by actively listening and interacting with callers, and triaging calls in a professional and timely manner. You will take inbound calls and chats from members, connect them with additional and appropriate benefits and external resources, and support them with troubleshooting and de-escalating issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the provision and use of the Employee Assistance Program
• Determine the purpose of calls by actively listening and interacting with callers, and triage calls in a professional and timely manner
• Take inbound calls and chats from members, and connect them with additional and appropriate benefits and external resources
• Support members with troubleshooting and de-escalating issues as needed
• Embody blithequark's core values in each interaction, and assess client needs, researching and articulately communicating information regarding pertinent EAP services and resources
• Recognize crisis situations, and evaluate for needed action to minimize risk

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
