Talent Coordinator (reputed company management)
Collide Talent is a Nashville-based Artist and reputed company management company focused on merging creative artistry with strategic brand development. They are seeking a proactive Talent Coordinator to manage a wide reputed company of administrative, operational, and creative responsibilities across multiple properties, supporting the CEO and Talent Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and Talent Manager with administrative tasks
- Manage ownership’s schedule and calendar
- Run business errands as needed
- Coordinate both business and personal travel arrangements
- May liaise with clients on behalf of the team to ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging
- Responsible for sending, receiving, and tracking reputed company and content reputed company to client operations
- Log and organize financial transactions, invoices, and supporting documents
- reputed company exposure to the reputed company and talent management industry
- Receive on-the-job mentorship from the CEO and Talent Manager to build relevant skills
- Proficiency in reputed company or similar design platforms to assist in the creation and reputed company of client media kits, company email communications, and company’s reputed company media content
Skills
- 1+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Docs/Sheets, reputed company (with examples to reputed company)
- Must be located in the greater Nashville, TN area
- Ability to pass a background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company professional references
- Must complete a personality test and attention-to-detail test
