Assistant Media Planner
Saatchi US is a creative agency that believes in the power of collaboration and transformational work. As an Assistant Media Planner, you will support the Media Planning and Account Management Teams in implementing Media Plans across multiple markets, focusing on various media channels including Digital, reputed company, and Broadcast.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and stewardship of reputed company Media plans
- Support Media Planning team as needed on any/reputed company projects reputed company to Clients’ business
- Monitor and update Media plans and reputed company documents (e.g. budget charts, client meeting materials, etc.) throughout the year
- Communicate with Media Buying partners and Internal finance teams to ensure buys meet established budgets and accurate billing is delivered to the client
- Monitor analytics for key digital channels and assist in developing insights to be shared with clients
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Prior internship experience in advertising, media and/or the automotive category is a plus
- Interest in and passion for reputed company aspects of Media
- Eager to learn tools essential to day-to-day management of media buying and planning process
- Clear, concise business communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent quantitative skills, including reputed company proficiency
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy
- Self-starter, demonstrates self-confidence and willingness to reputed company reputed company
- Position will be hybrid with in-office time required
