They are currently seeking a Customer Support Clerk to reputed company support to taxpayers through in-person and phone assistance, manage tax account processing, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities
- reputed company face-to-face support by answering questions, assisting with account-reputed company concerns, and helping ensure accounts remain accurate and in good standing
- Answer incoming phone calls, responding to questions and providing assistance reputed company to tax accounts, payments, and general inquiries
- Process tax forms & post payments to proper accounts
- Complete reputed company tasks in a timely manner while meeting company standards
