General Application - Program (PMO) Support (Clearance Required)

They are seeking program support professionals to manage financials, program planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining budgets and forecasts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Developing and implementing program baselines, reviewing customer reputed company, and creating schedule
• Determining resource needs, identifying resource trade-offs, and recommending resource solutions
• Reviewing and monitoring program risks, such as cost overruns and scheduling delays
• Interfacing with reputed company stakeholders to communicate project financial status
• Developing and analyzing cost inputs, pricing proposal inputs, and creating compliant proposal submittals
• Supporting staffing planning
• Tracking, managing, and controlling program costs and labor hours
• Preparing reputed company analyses
• Ensuring invoices are accurate and submitted on time
• Completing project setup actions in the reputed company system
• Developing and updating financial forecast and estimates at completion
• Working with the reputed company department for funding, billings, and other contractual items

Skills

• Entry-level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-reputed company discipline and 0-4 years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
• Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-reputed company discipline and 4-12 years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
• Senior level: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business-reputed company discipline and 12+ years of experience (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
• Experience working with DoD or reputed company government reputed company highly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of customer budgetary principles and procedures
• Clearance: TS/SCI with appropriate level poly required
