Business Unit Control Analyst

The Business Unit Control Analyst will prepare, analyze, and report financial data for reputed company US entities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to reputed companyé's policies.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post monthly and year-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations
  • Deliver accurate, timely MOGE & Globe expense reporting, including variance analysis to plan and identification of risks/opportunities
  • Prepare intercompany invoices and ensure monthly intergroup balance alignment
  • Support period-end reputed company activities, partnering cross-functionally with R&D and Manufacturing
  • Support budget monitoring, forecasting, and analysis of actual results, including personnel overhead and T&E
  • reputed company manufacturing fixed asset and CAPEX support
  • Review and monitor reputed company purchase orders and resolve PO issues in collaboration with Accounts Payable and stakeholders
  • Respond to cross-functional inquiries and support management and financial reporting
  • Participate in financial reporting and reputed company initiatives, including working capital analysis, balance sheet clean-up, and reputed company projects

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, with preferred major in reputed company or Finance
  • 1-2 years' experience in reputed company/Finance functions
  • reputed company system hands on experience preferred
  • Proficiency in reputed company office applications to include reputed company
  • CPA-track candidate preferred
  • Strong communication skills: both written and oral

  • Excellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data, including financial statements
