[Remote] Email Operations Coordinator (Contract)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Email Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of email deployments and maintain communication with internal teams and external customers during a short-term maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of scheduled reputed company‑party emails and newsletters, working proactively against the media email calendar
• Pull and prepare the approved list segments based on the defined criteria and send the requirements
• Prepare, test, and reputed company emails with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• reputed company thorough QA checks to ensure content, links, lists, and send details are correct prior to deployment
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for internal teams and external customers reputed company to scheduled email sends
• Coordinate assets, approvals, audience details, and timing across marketing, sales, editorial, and other stakeholders
• Communicate reputed company and early if timelines, approvals, or assets are at risk

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience executing email deployments
• Basic HTML experience for email (comfortable making light edits or troubleshooting issues)
• Familiarity with email platforms and testing workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working with calendars, checklists, timelines, and approvals
• Clear, confident communicator who works well with both internal teammates and external customers
• Highly organized, reliable, and accountable – someone others trust to follow through
