Customer Service Representative, Bilingual

The Customer Service Representative role involves handling a high volume of inquiries from customers and internal partners, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully handle inbound inquiries from external customers and/or internal business partners reputed company calls, emails, chats and/or other methods, taking the appropriate action, as needed; this may include questions regarding quotes, policies, coverages, billing, audits, or application reputed company/support

Skills
