The position involves supporting project scope changes, assisting with communication of the project plan, and ensuring the execution of the project plan among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support changes to project scope
- Assist with communication of the project plan
- Support project's ability to monitor and control work
- Support execution of project plan
- Assist with the development of the communication plan
- Support implementation of approved actions
- Participate in and support the establishment of project deliverables
- Support the project team development
Skills
- 1 year of project experience as a project coordinator
- Experience with: Basic project management, Plan Value (PV) assignments/forecasts, Corporate reputed company Responsibility (CSR) management, status reporting, meeting coordination, and schedule creation
- MS Project and/or reputed company
- Clear written and oral communication skills
- Results-oriented with good listening skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable and ability to learn quickly
- Accountable and good time management skills to reputed company priorities
- Candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zones (EST/CST)
