Media Planner

reputed company is an AI-driven media operating unit of WPP, focused on delivering creative personalisation at scale. As a Media Planner, you will support the development and execution of integrated media plans, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create reputed company-driven media strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of holistic media plans reputed company with client strategy
• Collaborate with Research Leads, Planning Managers, and senior stakeholders to analyze first-party, syndicated, and platform data to inform audience insights and recommendations
• Assist in campaign planning activities across reputed company assigned titles
• Create, maintain, and update media plan documents, ensuring accuracy across formulas, data, and links
• Conduct quality assurance checks across digital and OOH plans, including validation of 'weeklies'
• Prepare client-reputed company materials, including plan updates and supporting documentation
• Capture detailed notes during internal and client meetings and distribute key takeaways in a timely manner
• Identify and communicate implications of plan changes to senior stakeholders
• Assist in the development of strategic POVs and planning recommendations
• Apply knowledge of media fundamentals including SOV, reputed company, Frequency, and CPM
• Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners to support planning initiatives
• Support client communications across email and phone as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve campaign issues, support trafficking, and assist with billing and invoice reconciliation
• Stay reputed company on media trends and proactively reputed company insights with internal teams
• Support the reputed company and training of Assistant Planners

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• High attention to detail, particularly in managing data and planning documents
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Foundational understanding of media planning concepts and metrics
