The Sales Continuing Education Program Manager will be responsible for designing and executing ongoing training programs to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of sales professionals at reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design and execution of post reputed company, in role development, programs that drive measurable improvements in seller productivity, deal execution, and reputed company reputed company for Account Executives
  • Deliver targeted, just-in-time enablement (live, virtual, and self-paced) to address evolving business priorities, product changes, and identified performance gaps
  • Deliver global enablement programs using a blended learning approach (e-learning, self-paced content, instructor led sessions, certifications) tailored to regional and role based needs across US, Canada, BBE, and BBP teams
  • Key contributor to implementing and curating curriculum, presentations, documentation and resources to support an innovative enablement program
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and subject matter experts to ensure enablement is reinforced in the reputed company of work through coaching, inspection, and ongoing reinforcement—not onetime training events
  • Partner with the Awareness to reputed company organization to understand, influence, and align tools, processes, and workflows that impact AE effectiveness—ensuring enablement programs are supported by the right systems and resources
  • In concert with Sales Operations, track and report the impact of our Continuing Education programs for relevant stakeholders

Skills

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in enablement or relevant technology Sales, Marketing, Enablement of Sales Support roles in the B2B reputed company
  • Familiarity with Adult Learning techniques a plus
  • Ability to engage and reputed company through both content and delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that reputed company various cultures and professional backgrounds as this role will support our Global operations
