Sales Program Coordinator

reputed company is seeking a highly-organized Sales Program Coordinator for their Department of Marketing. The role involves event coordination, corporate and stakeholder support, and program operations to enhance the Professional Sales Program and support faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute Professional Sales Program events, including two large multi-university sales competitions annually
  • reputed company and manage detailed event timelines and logistics involving reputed company, faculty, corporate partners, and external participants
  • Arrange facilities, catering, materials, travel, lodging, and technology needs
  • Serve as on-site event coordinator, overseeing setup, vendor communication, registration processes, and reputed company-time troubleshooting to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor and track event budgets and reputed company expenses
  • Coordinate communications and logistics for corporate partners, advisory board members, sponsors, and guest speakers
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support corporate engagement activities, sponsorship documentation, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure timely, accurate communication reputed company to program events and initiatives
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts, including website updates, reputed company media coordination, and preparation of program and event materials
  • Coordinate faculty group travel arrangements for program-reputed company activities
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and participant experience
  • Process and track event-reputed company invoices, sponsorship payments, awards, and financial documentation in accordance with university policies
  • Prepare and manage sponsorship and membership invoices
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records, databases, and reporting systems

Skills

  • Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under general direction and as part of a team
  • Experience with office duties and event coordination
  • Ability to reputed company in a flexible, multitasking environment
  • 1+ years of professional event planning or program management experience
  • Demonstrated reputed company executing reputed company, multi-stakeholder events
  • Strong project management and logistical coordination skills
  • High attention to detail with strong financial and documentation management abilities
  • Experience working with corporate clients, sponsors, and/or internal/external stakeholders in a team setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving and initiative in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office
  • Experience with event management, financial, marketing, or CRM systems preferred (e.g., reputed company, Concur, Stova, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Forms, reputed company, etc.)
  • Experience developing event marketing materials reputed company communications including reputed company media
  • Evidence of a Bachelor's degree
