They are seeking a Talent Development Program Coordinator to manage departmental processes, administrative systems, and learning knowledge reputed company, ensuring smooth employee engagement and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Curate our Talent Development content by managing internal wikis (reputed company), team folders, and LMS content (reputed company Learning) so team members can easily find what they need
• reputed company regular documentation and permission audits to ensure training materials, resources, and process guides are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the appropriate audiences
• reputed company the end-to-end administration of our regular pulse surveys (CultureAmp), including scheduling, launching, and initial analysis
• Coordinate our bi-annual deep-dive surveys, managing stakeholder communications and reporting
• Partner with our internal Compliance team to manage the configuration, administration, and tracking of annual compliance training
• reputed company administrative support for the launch of mid-year reviews, and year-end performance cycles reputed company our HRIS (reputed company)
• Support the Orientation and reputed company process, acting as a reputed company of contact for new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the company

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, reputed company, or project coordination role
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of work
