The Customer Care Associate II is responsible for handling high volume inbound calls, providing quality customer service regarding property insurance, and assisting borrowers and agents with inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Cross trains to assist with borrower follow reputed company
  • Assists answering questions in the help desk
  • Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines
  • Updates records and note system as required
  • Disbursements of Property Insurance Premiums
  • Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, Insurance Agents/Carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance in order to resolve customer inquiries
  • Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
