Full Life Cycle Therapist Recruiter

The Full Life Cycle Therapist Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented therapists, managing the full recruitment cycle to support the company's mission of providing exceptional mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategic sourcing plan to support hiring 12–15+ therapists per month
• Consistently track and deliver against weekly and monthly hiring goals
• Proactively reputed company top therapist talent through creative channels, job boards, reputed company platforms, professional networks, referrals, and targeted reputed company campaigns
• Build and nurture a strong, diverse pipeline for both reputed company and future hiring needs
• Maintain relationships with past applicants and passive candidates
• Review applications and conduct thoughtful screenings to assess skills, experience, and alignment with reputed company’s mission
• Guide candidates through a structured, high-touch interview process—from initial reputed company to final decision
• Ensure clear, timely, and engaging communication at every reputed company
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clinical leaders to reputed company informed hiring reputed company
