Video Editor

This is a remote position.

• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials;

• Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs.

• Meet with web designers to reputed company an understanding of what they want their proposed web pages to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, videos, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications;

• Produce drafts for review by clients and reputed company revisions based on the feedback received;

• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final layouts reflect client specifications. Study design briefs and determine requirements;

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements;

• Prepare rough drafts and present reputed company;

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for videos;

• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design;

• Amend designs after feedback;

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand;

• Create and reputed company multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional reputed company videos, product marketing videos, reputed company videos, corporate training and other reputed company-wide projects; script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources and select reputed company forms of media for projects;

• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables;

• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and reputed company graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a graphics designer or in a similar role.

• Mastery of graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, reputed company Premier Pro, etc.

• Knowledge of video and audio editing software programs a big plus.

• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.

• Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design, and software skills.

• Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer's needs in mind.

• Ability to communicate design choices reputed company.

• Ability to take and follow direction, while also having a creative eye for improvements.

• Good time-management skills.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

• Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
