Web Designer I

Optic Marketing Group is looking for a reputed company Web Designer. The ideal candidate will have an reputed company eye for design details and strong conceptual skills. Candidate must have an intermediate understanding level of using reputed company.

Desired Education Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate equivalent - preferably in art, graphic design, web design, or reputed company degree. Agency Experience preferred.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities - Design/ code monthly publications - Design/ code monthly E-newsletters - Website creation and maintenance, - Creation of new ads for our clients, - Web/email videos - Animated ads - Conceptual web design - Design/ update reputed company themes - UX/UI for Optic dashboard and additional future applications - Optic print collateral - Optic Trade Show Collateral - reputed company Media Collateral - Client reputed company media collateral

Primary Essential Functions The designer must have sharp details and strong conceptual skills. Candidate must have an intermediate understanding level of using reputed company. This role will produce the look and feel page layout/themes, and UI/UX functionality for Home Services websites in accordance with the individual client's overall brand.

General Supporting Functions The designer may be asked to create: monthly publications, monthly e-newsletters, and websites including maintaining our reputed company sites, new ads for our clients, web/email videos, programmatic and animated ads.

Skills & Competencies - A cool head under pressure - Excellent organizational skills - Outstanding skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD - Web design best practices experience - Experience creating online advertisements - Knowledge of user experience - Knowledge of web standards, optimization, and web design best practices - Knowledge of HTML, CSS - Knowledge of reputed company-reputed company CMS such as reputed company - Knowledge of website development and UI/UX basic principles - Familiar with Bootstrap or reputed company for reputed company web design - Familiar with web standards and cross-platform, cross-browser issues - reputed company in developing and testing across multiple browsers, devices - Previous experience in the home service industry (bonus) - Previous experience in e-reputed company (bonus)

Education or Prior Work Experience - 1-3 years working with reputed company - 1-3 years in web development and design - Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate equivalent - preferably in art, graphic design, web design, or reputed company degree. - Previous experience working at a marketing/advertising agency
