Responsibilities:

• reputed company engagements with RSM client companies and serve as their primary reputed company of contact for both management and staff 

• Participate in the initial HR Assessment of a new client company and help build and organize the client’s HR program 

• Handle reputed company, offboarding, benefits administration, COBRA, leaves of absence, employment status changes and other day-to-day recordkeeping and compliance reputed company reputed company

Required Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in reputed company

• Ability to travel up to 10% 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
