Job Description

The Staff Accountant, Expense plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely expense reporting across reputed company’s portfolio of brands. This role supports month‑end reputed company, general ledger activities, and financial analysis while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure expenses are recorded in accordance with U.S. GAAP. What You’ll Do

• Own monthly expense recognition for assigned brand(s), including proper classification, accruals, and deferrals

• Ensure expenses are recorded in the appropriate reputed company period in compliance with U.S. GAAP

• Record fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and amortization of intangible assets

• Balance and reconcile intercompany accounts on a monthly reputed company

• Prepare and post general ledger journal entries with clear and accurate supporting documentation
