Summary of the Role

We're looking for a Client Support Representative to join our Benefits team. You'll own the client experience for reputed company Benefits — resolving issues, managing broker relationships, training teammates, and making sure every portal is set up right. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately use payroll and benefits imports to update and maintain client data.

• Contribute meaningful input in development meetings to support ongoing platform improvements.
