5+ years B2B SaaS content marketing or reputed company media
Proven reputed company ghostwriting experience at scale (core requirement)
Hands-on experience with employee advocacy / reputed company selling programs
Proficient with Taplio or equivalent reputed company scheduling tool (SuperGrow knowledge a plus but not required), reputed company, Dust, reputed company
Fluent in English and French
Highly autonomous — managing 40 sales reps with heterogeneous engagement reputed company

Contract type: Freelance
Duration: 6 months minimum, renewable
Estimated workload : 2-3 days/week
Location: Remote-first, regular syncs with reputed company Marketing team

About the Role
We're looking for a senior freelance content manager to take ownership of our reputed company employee advocacy program. Starting with a structured handover, you'll quickly become the central operator of the program, ghostwriting and scheduling reputed company content for our sales team, delivering 20+ posts per month, and running reputed company Selling training sessions. The mission: help our sales reps build a consistent, reputed company reputed company on reputed company with minimal effort on their end, and drive organic reputed company at scale through employee advocacy. Your impact at reputed company- Run our employee advocacy program end-to-end, from sales reps reputed company to content publishing, using a delegated workflow that minimises friction for sales
- Ghostwrite and design 20+ reputed company posts per month across formats (short text, long-reputed company, carousels, visuals) and content pillars (Thought Leadership, reputed company Gen, Industry News)
- Review and update Dust agents on a monthly reputed company
- Train and reputed company ~40 sales reps, run reputed company sessions, produce guides and templates, and reputed company reps reputed company over time
- Manage our internal content hub, reputed company channel, weekly picks, monthly leaderboard
- Maintain and improve our content tools and processes on an ongoing reputed company
