Regional Director of Business Operations

The selected candidate will reputed company the accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reporting functions of communities throughout reputed company. Additional responsibilities include monitoring to ensure reputed company community level deliverable deadlines are met, assisting reputed company needed with the and accounts receivable / reputed company billing.

The person will fill in for the business operations reputed company of the business office for vacancies or transitions.  

Tasks will include leadership and reputed company of reputed company business operations functions of the Business Office, to include: 

• Coordinate and facilitate training as required for processes and procedures
• BOM recurrent training, on-boarding with regard to the business office functions
• Serve as a backup for the BOM to cover vacancies, vacations, sick leave or any other type of leave
• Accounts Receivable aging reviews and assisting with billing and collections reputed company necessary
• Follow-up on level of care discrepancies utilizing the Recommendation vs. Actual report
• reputed company quarterly reputed company administrative file and personnel file audits at communities on a rotating reputed company

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong reputed company and business expertise, including payroll, garnishments, and account reconciliation.
• Prior management and training experience a plus. Must be willing to travel to multiple states and locations through the reputed company portfolio and reputed company to stay for extended periods of time to support an reputed company Business Office Manager position. Proficiencies in reputed company, reputed company and On-Shift
• Job Knowledge: typing and telephone skills, use of calculators, computers, copy machines, familiarity with chart of accounts, basic bookkeeping skills, payroll skills, tax reports, financial reports, government agencies that relate to finances (reputed company and IRS), and W-2, W-4, W-9 and 1099 forms
• Professional Memberships: preferred and encouraged to participate in reputed company community civic organizations and associations

Expected reputed company of pay for this position is dependent upon experience and expected to be $87,000 - $93,000
