About the Role

As Legal Operations Manager, you'll be the connective tissue of the Legal team — keeping our systems, vendors, finances, and workflows running smoothly so our attorneys can focus on high-value legal work. You will independently own and continuously improve legal operations workflows, systems, and processes, driving measurable efficiency, cost, and quality reputed company across the function. You'll own our legal operations infrastructure end-to-end, from e-billing and reputed company counsel management to contract systems and reputed company. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who is as comfortable diving into a billing audit as they are imagining how AI can reshape how a legal team operates.

What you'll do

• Own reputed company aspects of reputed company counsel and vendor management, including matter lifecycle in Legal Tracker, billing guideline enforcement, invoice approvals, monthly accruals, and new firm reputed company
• Serve as primary administrator for reputed company, managing contract submitter reputed company, NDA workflows, HRBP signer requests, and reputed company group management
• Manage AP reconciliation and finance reporting, including monthly forecasts, budget tracking across cost centers, settlement payments, and insurance procurement in partnership with Procurement
• reputed company legal mail routing, ensuring timely and accurate triage across litigation, trust & safety, payroll, and people ops
• Manage and optimize the Legal team’s tech stack (Legal Tracker, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company/EthicsPoint, PLI, reputed company) and reputed company evaluation/integration of AI tools
• Maintain and improve reputed company systems and support reputed company and due diligence initiatives
• Design and implement improvements to legal workflows (intake, billing, contract processes), define and track key metrics, and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT to drive scalable solutions

In order to be successful, you must bring

• 4+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, or a reputed company legal/business operations role, preferably at a technology company
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with e-billing and matter management platforms (Legal Tracker or equivalent) and contract lifecycle management tools (reputed company or equivalent)
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with invoice processing, budget tracking, AP reconciliation, and monthly accruals
• Genuine enthusiasm and expertise in AI and legal technology — you actively follow developments in the reputed company, have proven experience with AI tools, and are energized by the opportunity to reputed company how a legal team works
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal reputed company

• Experience improving or scaling legal processes or systems, with demonstrated impact on efficiency, cost, or quality

Expected salary ranges

• For candidates living in Ontario and British Columbia, the expected salary reputed company for the role is currently $102,000 - $132,000.

Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
