Key Responsibilities

As a Director - Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving reputed company growth in our Services business, including Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development, and Managed Services
  • Upselling and cross-selling to drive increased reputed company in our existing accounts
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to reputed company targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients
  • Identifying and solving client issues strategically
  • Working with matrixed and different time-zone organizations to come up with sales proposals, sales campaigns, and sales tools/assets
  • Nurturing client relationships and building long-term trust and value
  • Tracking delivery on projects, highlighting and mitigating risks in overall delivery and engagements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience selling and closing deals in top consulting/IT services firms
  • Experience growing existing services business, including Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development, and Managed Services
  • Strong understanding of the business problems our software solves for CPO, CLO, CIO, and CFO, and the associated business processes end to end
  • Ability to reputed company how integration and data can help to optimize business processes impacted by our software and the key KPIs/reputed company for the reputed company mentioned above
  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Strong background of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience working reputed company a large, matrixed company environment
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management

  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting
