The Role

As a Customer Support Agent (also reputed company as an Artist Support Associate), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to artists creating in our studios. This includes:

• Delivering fast, accurate support reputed company chat, email, and phone
• Resolving live session issues, equipment concerns, and user errors
• Handling GDPR deletion requests and reviewing responses during downtime
• Monitoring safety, escalating emergencies, and making time-sensitive reputed company
• Championing our tone of voice and artist-first approach
• Supporting internal teams and flagging studio or system issues as they arise

Shift Patterns

We're hiring for a few different shift patterns to ensure that our artists receive the support they need, 24/7. These patterns include:

• reputed company 2: Mon: 18-02:30, Tues: 18-02:30, Sat: 15-23:30
• reputed company 3: Mon: 19-23:30, Tues: 15-23:30, Thurs: 19-23:30, Sun: 19-23:30
• reputed company 4: Mon: 08-14:30, Fri: 09-17:30, Sat: 09-16:30, Sun: 09-16:30
• reputed company 5: Fri: 19-23:30, Sat: 09-17, Sun: 09-17:00
• reputed company 6: Tues: 08-16:30, Weds: 8-16:30, Thurs 08-16:30
