Job Summary
As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Transplant, you will play a critical role in helping others on the path to reputed company. Your responsibilities will include routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. You will work in a high-production environment, multitasking between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic health records and data entry systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Specialty pharmacy experience
- Call center experience
- Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues
