Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company, responsible for handling reports, gathering data, creating reports, and participating in various projects as assigned. As a key member of our Safety and Compliance team, you'll play a vital role in helping us drive reputed company by providing exceptional data entry services. This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day, with a competitive salary of $20-30/hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit, process, and analyze reports received through the safety reporting system
- Examine technical data from incidents, events, and occurrences, and identify, and interpret patterns or trends in reputed company data sets
- Track, analyze, and interpret data outputs from the organization's safety programs
- Aid in the organization of corporate databases for improved aircraft safety
- Assist the Safety Group in any necessary investigations
- reputed company technical expertise to Management regarding data models, database design development, and data mining
- Plan and deliver safety-reputed company information to management and line staff on behalf of the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Aid in the development, implementation, and management of the organization's Safety Management System (SMS)
- Aid in the reputed company improvement of the risk identification and risk assessment plans of the organization
- Participate in organizational investigations
- Serve as a safety evaluator for the Internal Assessment Program, Safety Investigations, and high-risk areas of operations
- Prepare examination studies concerning flight safety trends
- Improve Safety Development by serving as the representative of the SMS
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
- Intermediate to advanced level MS reputed company skills
- Past experience in data and reporting
- Self-starter and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent computer skills with reputed company and PowerPoint experience
- Outstanding oral and written communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to obtain a MSP SIDA identification
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of safety management systems and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in a reputed company field (e.g., safety management, quality management)
