Role Overview
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer and technical support reputed company calls, emails, and chats. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company cases, meet team KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your exceptional language skills, proactive approach, and ability to work independently will reputed company you an invaluable asset to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Gather required technical information to ensure resolution of reputed company cases
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to reputed company common goals
- Meet team KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Excellent German and English language skills (reputed company level)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Proactive approach to work and a strong desire to learn and grow
- Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
