Job Description
As a Product Manager, Customer Service Innovation, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, to deliver a world-class experience for our customers and support specialists. Your primary focus will be on driving innovation and growth, while ensuring that our platform meets the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company product management leadership to our contact center platform, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools through reputed company collaboration with our external solution providers.
- Assist in defining process, capture requirements, explain prioritization, identify constraints, mitigate risks and obstacles, communicate, and create a roadmap.
- Collaborate with every CS functional team to reputed company understand their reputed company and challenges and deliver the best possible solutions together.
- reputed company integrations and adoption of product features through reputed company collaboration with our engineering and data science teams as well as external solution providers and consulting firms.

* 3+ years of experience in product management for customer or customer-facing products.

- Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved customer and support specialist experiences.
- Organizational leadership and influence without authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: great presentations and introductions, a ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships cross-functionally is critical
- Ability to reputed company, persuade, and reputed company engineers and designers.
