The Role

As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues reputed company to their insurance policies. You'll work closely with our insurance provider clients to deliver exceptional customer service, process payments and modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, with a deep understanding of homeowner's insurance policies and regulations
  • Ability to work remotely, with a reliable internet reputed company and a dedicated workspace
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve reputed company issues

Preferred Qualifications

* 4+ years of insurance experience, with a strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

* Competitive hourly reputed company of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Flexible schedule, with variable hours between 8:30am-6:00pm EST Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required
