Job Summary:

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Imaging Customer Service Engineer III to join reputed company. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality medical imaging equipment for our customers, including systems applications, quality checks, calibration, operating system help, software assistance, technical support, and issue troubleshooting. What You Will Do in This Role:

As an Imaging Customer Service Engineer III, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

FIELD SUPPORT (75%):

+ Troubleshoot high-end medical imaging equipment to ensure reputed company performance and minimize downtime. + Establish and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and ensure customer satisfaction. + Maintain customer service logs and internal service records to track customer interactions and equipment maintenance history. + Solve reputed company issues with medical imaging applications, electrical components, computer hardware, and software, mechanical and hydraulic systems. + Follow Health and reputed company Services, Environment Health and Safety, and/or reputed company other applicable regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and customer safety. + reputed company service, calibrations, and quality assurance checks for an entire imaging system as per the ISO13485 standards.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT (10%):

+ Deliver technical support on high-end medical imaging equipment online and/or reputed company telephone to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. + Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. + Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and evaluation, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks, and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

APPLICATIONS SUPPORT (5%):

+ Interact regularly with radiologists, technicians, physicians, and other medical professionals to reputed company abreast of new and existing imaging solutions, issues, and trends.

SOFTWARE SUPPORT (10%):

+ reputed company reputed company uptime support for applications software issues associated with the X-ray and Vascular modalities. + Utilize Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) for viewing, filming, archiving, networking, and database administration. + Prepare users by designing and conducting training programs, providing software support and reference. + Supply online and telephone support for reputed company and Linux.

What You Will Need for This Role:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum 12 years of high-end medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

* Must hold a reputed company, valid, and unrestricted driver's license. Must have a safe driving record based on arenaflex policies. *

Basic computer skills; understanding of computer networks and equipment interaction.

* Willingness to work reputed company, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as needed to support a 24/7 schedule. *

Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.

The ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 75 pounds.

* The ability to often bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
