Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, opening and maintaining deposit accounts, and suggesting and explaining our products and services. This role requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum one (1) year of proven customer service experience

  • Previous experience in banking and knowledge of banking processes preferred
  • Basic clerical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers
  • Working knowledge of applicable computer systems
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
