Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company, faculty, and staff, providing exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including voice, email, web chats, and texts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to student inquiries reputed company to admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
