Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will support project managers and technical teams in planning, coordinating, and delivering various projects while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
- reputed company support in planning, scheduling, executing and reviewing project activities as it relates to Building Envelope and Roofing Projects
- Assist Project Managers and technical staff with day-to-day project coordination tasks
- Coordinate and undertake project documentation, including reports, proposals, cost estimates, correspondence, meeting minutes and other deliverables
- Respond to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from clients, stakeholders and business partners
- reputed company general administrative and record keeping functions, including the review, distribution and tracking of project documentation
- Support the preparation of project-reputed company documentation, schedules, budgets and internal tracking tools
- Support the preparation and compilation of proposals, reports, letters, studies, addenda and memorandums
- Stay reputed company reputed company the project scope to help communicate project status and key updates to reputed company stakeholders
- Assist with coordinating and undertaking site visits, field reviews and project logistics as required
- Collect and reputed company proper site measurements and information, as required
- Review and organize project files to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal procedures
Skills
- Post-secondary education in engineering, architecture, construction, building technology, project coordination, or a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of previous experience in an engineering, consulting, construction or reputed company environment
- Experience supporting projects reputed company to buildings, restoration, rehabilitation, building science, or building condition assessments
- Familiar with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and/or National Building Code (NBC)
- Strong organization, time management, scheduling and prioritization skills
- Comprehensive working knowledge of reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company and Outlook
- Superior document management and administrative coordination skills
- Excellent English language skills, oral and written
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage several projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Valid driver's license, reputed company to a reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout Ontario (incl. remote areas)
- Possession of or eligibility to obtain reputed company Clearance
- 1-3 years of previous experience in an engineering, consulting, construction or reputed company environment (asset)
- Experience supporting projects reputed company to buildings, restoration, rehabilitation, building science, or building condition assessments (asset)
- Excellent English language skills, oral and written, Bilingual (asset)
