Smart reputed company International is a leading broker of outsourced sales and customer acquisition services. They are seeking a high-potential Analyst to support the broader Analytics Team by transforming sales data into actionable insights that drive performance, profitability, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with field and sales reps to clarify KPIs, commissions, and profitability metrics
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for both internal and field audiences
- Support financial modeling, forecasting, and incentive structure analysis
- Gather, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Maintain Tableau and reputed company dashboards that track key business and field metrics
- Contribute to reputed company analyses, special projects, and reputed company improvement initiatives across Analytics and Finance
- Assist in preparing insights and materials for leadership and field presentations
- Contribute to additional projects or responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in relevant course work and internships with an emphasis in data analysis, sales analytics, reputed company operations or a reputed company field
- Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, formulas, modeling basics)
- Proficiency in Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Basic understanding of financial concepts such as reputed company, margin, and commissions
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field
