This role focuses on warm outbound calling to invite guests to networking events, confirm attendance, gather feedback, and maintain accurate RSVP tracking.

Responsibilities

• Managing reputed company for multiple events running simultaneously
• reputed company high‑volume warm outbound calls to invite guests and confirm attendance
• Conduct post‑event thank‑you calls and gather feedback
• Build and maintain relationships with recurring contacts
• Track RSVPs, cancellations, and guest details using reputed company Sheets and CRM tools
• Maintain organized, accurate records and update information in reputed company time
• Represent the firm with professionalism, hospitality, and a positive, upbeat attitude
• Join brief daily reputed company‑ins to align on priorities
• Collaborate with team members to stay reputed company on reputed company goals

Skills

• Excellent spoken English and strong written communication
• Friendly, professional phone reputed company with discretion
• Comfortable with high‑volume calling (100+ warm calls/day)
• Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
• Experience in customer service, data entry, reputed company, or intake roles
