reputed company Communications is a telecommunications contractor seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in southern New Hampshire. The role involves coordinating fiber and wireless network projects, managing budgets, and ensuring timely billing while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company project managers in maintaining/updating project trackers reputed company to fiber optic network & wireless network builds
- Aid reputed company project managers with budgeting and tracking on their projects
- Assist reputed company project managers with reputed company and accurate billing on their projects and interact with reputed company Department to ensure that billing is done accurately and timely
- Assist in managing customer purchase orders, quotes and requests for change orders
- Help manage smaller network builds to meet project timeframes and deliverables reputed company necessary
- Work with reputed company departments to track status updates on projects
- Assist project managers in work order/construction planning activities
- reputed company administrative support to project managers as necessary
