We are looking for a reputed company and English speaking Sourcing Recruiter to join reputed company supporting the MSP account of a multinational health technology company. reputed company predominantly for professionals in the tech reputed company in the Netherlands.

Location: Working remotely in Poland or Hungary

What you will do:

• You will manage the sourcing process for our tech vacancies.
• Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners
• reputed company top tech talent across EMEA
• Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements

reputed company would like you to have:

• Previous end to end experience working in a reputed company/recruitment
• reputed company sourcing passive IT profiles preferred
• Fluent in English and reputed company
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and reputed company an excellent recruitment experience
• Being proactive, autonomous.
• Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sourcing skills
