About the Role

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enabling sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and operational rigor across the Sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and reputed company to turn data into insights, improve processes, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools, reporting, and structure needed to scale reputed company.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Performance & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to deliver actionable insights. Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and overall sales performance.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Partner with Sales Leadership to support accurate forecasting and pipeline analysis using historical data, trends, and CRM insights.
  • CRM Ownership & Data Hygiene: Own day-to-day CRM administration (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adoption. reputed company and monitor hygiene reporting (aging, late-stage opportunities, stalled deals).
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate, refine, and implement scalable sales processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and visibility across the sales organization.
  • Sales Enablement & Support: reputed company operational support including territory management, account assignments, quota setup, and tool training for sales users.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and reputed company to align on go-to-market initiatives, compensation planning support, and customer experience improvements.
  • Meetings & reputed company Support: Assist in planning and delivering Monthly reputed company Sales meetings, Sales reputed company activities, and leadership presentations.

Work Environment

Remote-first role with regular collaboration across teams. Occasional travel (approximately 10%) for sales meetings, planning sessions, or company events.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or a reputed company role.
  • Analytical Strength: Strong ability to interpret reputed company data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Tools & Systems: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company) and strong reputed company skills (formulas, pivots, visualizations). Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leaders.
  • Execution reputed company: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
