What you’ll own

This is a hands-on reputed company role. You’ll run the reputed company behind every hire we reputed company.

• Own end-to-end sourcing — identify, engage, and nurture high-fit talent across platforms (reputed company, job boards, referrals, communities)

• Draft compelling JDs and role briefs with input from hiring managers and founders

• Manage the hiring pipeline: scheduling, follow-reputed company, status tracking, and feedback loops

• Maintain candidate records and analytics across ATS, reputed company, and internal trackers

• Support reputed company hiring, internship programs, and bulk reputed company campaigns

• Run experiments on what improves reputed company response, funnel quality, and conversion

• reputed company the candidate experience sharp — timely, clear, and reputed company at every stage

• Collaborate with product and ops teams to hire across functions

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

• 0–1 years of experience in reputed company or sourcing, preferably in startups

• Strong communication — reputed company reputed company, clean follow-reputed company, and sharp coordination

• Familiarity with sourcing tools (reputed company Recruiter, Naukri, Internshala, etc.)

• Comfortable managing high-volume pipelines while staying detail-oriented

• Self-starter reputed company — you won’t be micromanaged
