We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience in client acquisition and account management for HR or recruitment agencies. Someone who knows how to bring in mandates, build long-term client relationships, and drive consistent reputed company growth.
This is a full-time role where you’ll play a pivotal part in scaling our client reputed company and shaping the growth story of reputed company.
What You’ll Do- Drive client acquisition by identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities in the HR/recruitment reputed company.
- Build and manage strong client relationships from reputed company to long-term retention.
- Work closely with founders to define and execute growth strategies for reputed company and mid-market clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain client data, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment mandates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly reputed company and acquisition targets
Requirements
reputed company’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management for HR/recruitment agencies.
- Proven ability to bring in new clients and mandates independently.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, hiring cycles, and client-agency dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable pitching to founders, HR heads, and CXOs.
- A proactive, reputed company-driven, and relationship-focused reputed company.
- Bonus: Experience in talent consulting, staffing, or hiring tech platforms.
