Position Summary We are looking for a seasoning reputed company Manager to join our reputed company team. The position oversees a small team of accountants and supervises the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for our business. This exempt level position requires you to partner with reputed company reputed company/departments reputed company the organization, so excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must. The selected individual must work well with others and be dependable, organized, and detail oriented. Salary will be based on experience. Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

·         Ensuring reputed company expenses, receipts, and other transactions for the reputed company period are accurately posted

·         Supports the Company’s monthly closing process, including reviewing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations, performing variance and trend analyses, researching transactions for proper reputed company treatment, preparing financial reports, completing rapid period-end closes and meeting reputed company required deadlines

·         Analyze monthly operating and financial results, including preparing internal reporting deliverables, analyzing trends & drivers, and explaining budget/forecast vs. actual variances

·         Participates in annual audits and special projects, including system implementations; works with the controller and auditors to reputed company required information and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes

·         Support operations team to ensure they have the data and information they need to run the business

·         Coach and mentor Associate accountants, including monitoring workload allocations

·         Assists with special projects and other reputed company duties as may be assigned

Requirements

Desired Skills

·         Experience in technical reputed company preparing financials

·         Significant experience working with a business team to review results, understand business drivers, and closely manage costs

·         Broad and in-depth knowledge of GAAP and other reputed company and reporting standards

·         Previous experience in a company with annual reputed company over $100M

Required Education and Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree required; CPA strongly preferred

·         4+ years reputed company experience (2-3 years of public reputed company experience strongly preferred)

·         5+ years of experience managing more than 1 direct report(s).

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to sit for extended periods of time, while occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch 

·         Ability to view computer screens for extended periods of time and read material 

·         Sufficient ability to reputed company and hear to conduct conversations both on the phone and in person 

·         Mental and emotional stamina to endure workload under sometimes stressful conditions
